Terms of Service

1. Service

GUESS MBTI lets users create and share a profile and MBTI quiz, and lets visitors leave a nickname, an MBTI guess, and an optional guestbook message. Sign-in uses a Google or Kakao account.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You must use a sign-in account that you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and browser session secure and reviewing activity performed on your device.
• You must take reasonable care that information you enter or share is accurate and does not infringe another person's rights.

3. User Content

Information entered by users—including usernames, introductions, MBTI profiles, nicknames, guess results, and guestbook messages—is “User Content.” You must hold the rights needed for content you submit and are responsible for it.

You permit the Operator to store, reproduce, transmit, and display User Content only to the extent needed to provide the service's storage, display, and sharing features. This permission is limited to providing the service and does not transfer ownership of the content to the Operator.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• impersonate another person or organization or create a misleading impression;
• post harassment, threats, hate, insults, obscene material, or illegal content;
• infringe another person's privacy, copyright, reputation, publicity rights, or other rights;
• access the service or an account without authorization or bypass security measures;
• disrupt the service or harm another user through automated requests, spam, malicious code, excessive traffic, or similar activity; or
• violate applicable law or these terms.

5. Content and Use Restrictions

If the Operator reasonably suspects a legal violation, rights infringement, security risk, service disruption, or breach of these terms, the Operator may hide or remove relevant content and restrict use as necessary. Except in urgent cases, the reason will be explained where reasonably possible.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Operator may change, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service to improve features or respond to security, technical, or operational needs. Foreseeable material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. Uninterrupted service and the permanent availability of any feature are not guaranteed.

7. Warranties and Scope of Liability

The service and MBTI guess results are for entertainment and communication, not professional psychological assessment or medical, legal, or other professional advice. You must not use a result as the sole basis for an important decision.

Unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence, the Operator is not responsible for problems caused by a user's device or network environment, a third-party sign-in provider, force majeure, User Content, or the user's breach of these terms. Rights and liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law are not limited by this clause.

8. Account and Content Deletion

The app has no in-app account deletion feature. To request deletion of an account, profile, or content you authored, use the email address below. The Operator will process the request after reasonably verifying your authority through the account email, content-related information, or a similar method. Content authored by another person is reviewed where there is a rights-infringement report or legal basis. mingkyme@gmail.com

9. Privacy

The categories, purposes, retention and deletion methods, and user rights for personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy. If these terms and the Privacy Policy differ regarding personal-information processing, the Privacy Policy and applicable law take priority.

10. Changes and Contact

The Operator may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced in a reasonably prominent way before they take effect. Send questions about these terms to the email address below. mingkyme@gmail.com
